Well, obviously countries with fewer votes aren't going to be accurate - but both within the countries with thousands of votes, and the tally as whole, I'd say it's accurate to an extent.
I.e. perhaps religious/non-religious people are more inclined to vote... or find the page in the first place to vote.
To be accurate, you'd really need to conduct some kind of compulsory census.
