Ok here are the specs for my computer:

Now I am thinking about buying a new video card to be able to play some of the newer games, but then there is the CPU problem, it might not be able to handle it. So I was wondering how would I be able to tell if my motherboard lets me upgrade to a higher end CPU? Also is it better to wait it out for a year or two and get a new Computer? Should I just invest in the Video card? Tell me what you guys think.
