I work at the Fort Garry Hotel, which is famous throughout the country for its ghosts. I haven't ever actually
seen any of the ghosts, but I have felt one of them. I was working in coat check and all of a sudden I felt every hair on the back of my neck, and my arms, rise. It wasn't a chill, it was just an eerie sensation.
I recognized it from when I was doing Ouija with some friends. We communed with a ghost called Esphur, who we questioned regarding another ghost, affectionately called Little One (a little girl). A few hours later, I heard Esphur talking. A few hours after that (in the moonlight streaming in from the window) I saw Little One.
Last month I went to visit my friend Brandy after she had held an assayance and channeled a number of ghosts. Most of whom were still there when I arrived. It was such a strange sensation... I felt like I was freezing cold, but my skin was warmer than anyone else's (though I wasn't having a fever). And I kept getting distracted by things that I couldn't see if I tried (but played in the corner of my eyes). It was a little unsettling.
Also, I hadn't known that they had conducted an assayance until after I arrived and voiced how I was feeling really cold.
