this is sad and yes the US military is sending out the completely wrong message. they could have done this with a better solution. however, i don't think all of our military is to blame. just mainly the higher-ups who don't give a damn and aren't out there in the field. they're the ones you should go after first since they're the ones who give the orders in the first place.
