I know I often have a problem finding time in a day to exercise too, but I'm sure you can set aside at least an hour every other day. It is something you need to do for your health.
Eat before you work out too. Most people say this is a mistake, but its only a mistake if your trying to lose weight. Every time you work out, nine times out of ten, you will be hungry afterwards no matter what you ate before.
