86 Ibs-WTF?

Kelley is offline
Yeah, so I had an ob/gyn appointment today and of course the first thing they did was set me on the scale. It reads 88 Ibs.
So I have lost a considerable 5 Ibs that I did not need to lose. I was shocked when I heard that and I had the woman repeat herself. 88 pounds.
So I get home and I was just thinking about it, and I weighed myself again-86 Ibs.

What in the hell? I understand that for my frame and body type-whatever-that may be normal, but still! I've even had a lot of my friends tell me when they see me that I look a lot thinner than I normally do. They will even pick me up and say that yes, I definitely am lighter than I should be and have been. I've even noticed it myself, that I can see my ribcage and spine and my collarbone is more defined.
I've always had trouble with my weight and I have never been 100 Ibs. Part of the problem is that I can't eat like I used to. I tend to get nauseous easily when I try to eat.

I have no idea what to do, I don't have an appetite anymore. I am so afraid that I will dry up and blow away someday if I can't get this under control. Nothing I have tried works. If there are any suggestions, please, let me have them.
