That guy sounds like a douche! How can someone not take care of their own kid? I don't get that, it's like it's half yours, half his, you are doing your part but fuck it, he get's to just skip out on his part?! There should be a law against that shit. I would most definitely not give the baby the fathers last name, fuck that guy, I'm sort of confused as to why you would even bother with all the shit he did... Just like Opyu said, get his ass for as much child support as you can!
