That's very good. You don't know how lucky you are to have such a supportive family...as long as they're on your side, you're going to be just fine.
If the father doesn't want to be in the kid's life, there's nothing you can do really, you can't force him in there--side from the child support I mentioned earlier, but you said you have an ex that wants to be there for you? How do you feel about that guy?
