I love Mac's sorry your having trouble maybe I can help a little?
What kind of mac do you have?
If you miss left clicking you can just get a new mouse that supports left clicking, as long as it's USB it's fine.
What program are you trying to open?
If you look at the very top of left of your screen the application name should be up there. Just clicking the name of some applications can open them up. Unless you haven't installed them into your applications folder, if the program name isn't
showing up at all try dragging the icon into your applications folder and trying again.
*blinks* Adobe is compatible with macs... if its a purchasing problem you can download freeware Seashore is a pretty good photoshop clone.
