hmmm I used to be exactly like that. Well, similar, I guess. There were a lot of things I want to do, and I had no idea which one to pick. I didn't look for any books though, or anything of that nature. First thing I did - just talked to my co-workers. Most of the are already done with their school degrees, and they were able to help me out a little. Then I just went to school close to me and asked - What do you offer. They laid it out for me, and I picked what I liked from a list. Also I took into the consideration the popularity and a possibility for advancement factor. Make sure you don't pick something you'll get stuck doing for the rest of your life because it doesn't relate to any other professions. Just be smart about it.
