I'm not offended. But I have been. I will take this sentence to officially apologize for being a stick in the mud asshole... I'm really trying not to be, and I'm sorry for those I've wronged in the error parts of the trial and error dealie.
Anyway... It's a thing like this. A figure that claims to be from God shows up. I say something to the effect of, "In the name of Jesus Christ, are you sent from God?" and... that tends to work. He has extreme power, Christ.
God did create demons. He created a number of angels in eternity past, 1/3 of them, along with Satan, defied God and became fallen angels, aka demons, and the fate of the heavenly inhabitants was sealed; they had made their choice, some had chosen to deny God, most had chosen to serve God. God cast them out of Heaven and maybe cursed them, though I suppose that falling out of God's presence in and of itself could do the changing just because of the ultimately good nature of God and his presence...
I feel like demons can't lie to God... and so, asking them with the authority of Christ Jesus, aka God, they have to be honest.
